Commentary to the amendment Act on Enforcement Costs.
The article entitled
“New anti-usury bill passed. What does it mean for the FinTech market?”
regarding a new bill to amend certain laws addressing usury was published on Fintek.pl web portal today (23.11.2021).
The commentary in this respect was provided, among others, by Krzysztof Korus PhD, who tried to answer the question whether the proposed changes constitute enforcement for lending companies or not and how the disappearance of such entities from the market will affect the entire FinTech sector?
“…THE ENTIRETY OF THE BILL BRINGS TO MIND A HYPOTHETICAL EXPERIMENT ON THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF LEGS THAT CAN BE PULLED OUT OF A CENTIPEDE SO THAT IT WILL FREEZE RATHER THAN DIE”.
We strongly recommend the entire article available on Fintek.pl
