Online store terms and conditions for the leading “Do It Yourself” network incorporating existing client service and commodity turnover.

The project included, among other things, the following activities:

• inventory of existing processes and their legal qualification (submission of an offer, acceptance of an offer, deadlines)
• drawing up regulations
• final verification of the consistency of solutions with the information on other websites, information provided via telephone by service points.
