Evaluation of creditworthiness in accordance with UKK and CCD2 using open finance (FIDAR and PSR regulation)

The speech discussed, among others:

• opportunities to assess creditworthiness through API access to information on deposits and loans at other institutions,
• rules for the use of open finance by lending institutions, even though they are not covered by the FIDAR regulation,
• changes being made to today’s open banking access, or access to payment accounts.
