The speech discussed, among others:

• access to financial information (deposits, loans, investments, corporate credit ratings) open finance and comparison with access to payment account open banking,
• access to data on “connected products” (for example, online CO boiler controller data when applying for a loan for thermal upgrading) in accordance with the draft Data Act,
• rules for determining remuneration for open finance data access.
