Marta Dzieciuch is an attorney-at-law, member of the Warsaw Bar Association. She graduated from the faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University. She is also a graduate of the Institute of Legal Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences (postgraduate studies in the field of competition law), the Warsaw School of Economics (postgraduate studies in the field of company law), as well as British and EU law certificate course co-organized by the British Law Centre and the University of Wroclaw. She holds a certificate of the Approved Compliance Officer (ACO). Prior to joining DLK, she gained experience as an in-house lawyer at domestic bank and cooperated with banking and finance departments at international law firms.

She advises banks, lending institutions, insurers and leasing companies on matters related to banking and financial regulation, with a special focus on banking law, insurance law, as well as regulations concerning consumer credit and investment products. Her area of expertise also includes advising on application of the restrictive measures (sanctions) and sustainability matters. She has extensive experience in supporting both, domestic and foreign, financial institutions in distribution of the financial products and services, including in drafting and negotiating outsourcing agreements, structuring processes and obtaining required approvals. She also advises lenders and borrowers in financing transactions, particularly in project finance transactions. She is a frequent speaker at industry-related conferences devoted to financial regulatory.

She advises clients in the Polish, English and Russian languages.
