DLK Legal represented Fenige in appeal proceedings against the decision of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority revoking the company’s license
DLK Legal represented Fenige sp. z o.o. in an appeal against the decision of the PFSA to revoke a license for a domestic payment institution. In the Fenige case, the company was represented before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority by legal counsels Krzysztof Korus, J.D., and Bartosz Wyżykowski as well as Szymon Zych, attorney at law, and lawyers Aleksandra Księżak and Mikołaj Cegłowski.
It is the third time DLK Legal has represented the institution since the appeal proceedings against the negative decision of the PFSA. In all these proceedings, the PFSA accepted the arguments justifying the repeal of the original decision, thanks to which our clients could continue to provide payment services and become the leaders of innovation in Polish payment services.
