Mikołaj Cegłowski is an attorney-at-law at the Warsaw Bar Association, where he completed with honours the legal apprenticeship. He graduated with honours from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and from the School of German Law organized by the University of Warsaw in cooperation with Friedrich Wilhelm University in Bonn. Prior to joining DLK, he gained experience in a leading law firm specializing in restructuring and bankruptcy law.
He specializes and practices in the area of financial institutions and payment services (FinTech) law and AML/CFT regulations. He also advises clients on corporate law matters.
He has participated in a number of successful projects related to licensing and registration of payment service providers, both before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (PFSA) and a foreign supervisory authority.
He offers legal services in Polish and English.
