Introduction of an innovative consumer finance product

The DLK Team, on behalf of the leading “Do It Yourself” stationary network, negotiated an agreement with a leading retail bank regarding the terms of the partnership and an agreement to introduce products for procurement financing. A distinguishing feature of the product is the elimination of the need for the bank to have offices at network points due to the introduction of an application that allows the client of the network to do their own onboarding, including client identification.

The project included, among other things, the following activities:

• determination of key principles of collaboration
• drawing up a draft agreement
• negotiation of the terms of collaboration and content of the agreement.
