Crowdfunding Licensing

Crowdfunding is a newly regulated and rapidly growing financial services sector

    • Crowdfunding is a nonbank form of financing that supports business development in its early stages.
    • With new EU regulations, obtaining an ECSP license is a ticket to the European crowdfunding market for crowdfunding site operators.
    • On July 29, 2022, the Polish act supplementing the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2020/1503 of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 7, 2020 on European crowdfunding service providers for business ventures (REDUFS) came into force.
