On behalf of FinTech Poland and ours, we recommend a series of educational webinars SuperVision FinTech Talks related to the #FinTech industry.

Krzysztof Korus, PhD, attorney-at-law, Partner DLK Legal, participated in the episode on the issue of access to a bank account for payment service providers. The issues raised during the webinar included, among others:

• discussion of the form used by banks when opening accounts for KIP,
• the issue of derisking,
• as well as doubts whether the relationship between banks and KIP is a correspondent relationship.
