The Future of Finance

During the panel, DLK Legal Partner highlighted two distinct regulatory trends – money regulation and product regulation. The money regulation path is the MiCA (stablecoin) regulation and the Digital Euro project. This is a defensive approach, safeguarding against the loss of the importance of European money. The product regulation path is dominated by an offensive approach, creating new products and opportunities, such as the Data Act regulation and the Open Finance project.
