Magdalena Dąbrowska is an attorney-at-law admitted to the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisers in Kraków and a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. She specializes in commercial law, corporate law, new technologies law, and intellectual property law, with a particular focus on complex agreements in domestic and international business transactions, including those in the TMT and IT sectors. She has experience representing clients in court and arbitration proceedings.
She gained her professional experience at law firms advising clients operating in the IT sector and in the broadly understood field of commercial law.
