Wojciech Janowski is a lawyer and a PhD student at the Doctoral School in the Social Sciences of the Jagiellonian University. He graduated with distinction from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków and completed a one-year English law course organized by the British Law Centre.
Prior to joining DLK, he gained experience in boutique and international law firms, as well as at the Bank Guarantee Fund. He has participated in legislative work at both the Polish and European Union levels.
His areas of interest include the law of obligations and financial market regulations, in particular banking law, payment services law, and crypto-assets regulation. He also has experience in handling civil and administrative proceedings.
Author of numerous publications and academic articles.
She provides legal services in Polish and English.
