Action filed by the national payment institution against the bank

We advised the payment institution on the following project:

ACTION BY THE NATIONAL PAYMENT INSTITUTION AGAINST THE BANK IMPLEMENTING BANK ACCOUNT TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE NATIONAL PAYMENT INSTITUTION ON A NON-COMPETITIVE BASIS AND REPRESENTATION OF THE NATIONAL PAYMENT INSTITUTION IN COURT PROCEEDINGS

• We represented the national payment institution in a civil action against the bank with which the institution was bound by a bank account agreement.
• In the course of executing the agreement, the bank significantly changed the terms and conditions of the bank account for the national payment institution, which, in practice, made it impossible for the national payment institution to continue providing payment services and foreign exchange services offered to the clients of the bank.
• Given the particularly complex nature of the services provided by the principal of DLK Legal, preparation of the lawsuit and pleadings required an intelligible description of the services provided and a discussion of the impact of the amendments made by the defendant on the ongoing operations of the national payment institution.
