DLK Legal advised on the acquisition of GuideVision by Infosys

DLK Legal advised Infosys, a global leader in the IT services and consulting sector, on its acquisition of GuideVision, a leading SeviceNow Elite partner in Europe. Other law firms assisting the buyer in the transaction include Osborne Clarke in the Netherlands, UK and Germany, Kinstellar in the Czech Republic and Hungary, Castren & Snellman in Finland and Sorainen in Belarus.

The DLK Legal team working on the transaction was led by attorney at law PhD Michał Mostowik under the supervision of associate Krzysztof Korus, PhD The transaction was also advised by Szymon Zych and Bartosz Gauza, lawyers. DLK was responsible for aspects of the transaction related to Polish law, in particular corporate law, intellectual property law, labor law and regulatory aspects of acquisition.

The total value of the transaction amounted to EUR 30 million (CZK 797 million). The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of fiscal year 2021.
