1. Conceptual and business preparation
   • establishing the scope of services and business profile
   • analysis of conducting business as an ECSP, including distinguishing the planned products to be licensed from traditional investment or savings products
   • analysis of the advantages of applying for a license in Poland or another EU country
   • analysis of the restrictions provided for ECSPs
2. Capital and prudential requirements
   • ensuring the financial background of the ECSP to guarantee compliance with the requirements of the regulations
3. Alignment of the product with the requirements
   • proper process of establishing relations with the client (onboarding)
   • ways to prevent conflicts of interest
   • implementation of the requirements stipulated for presenting crowdfunding-based projects to individual investors (ratios, ratings, etc.)
4. IT infrastructure and security
   • identification of IT systems that will be used in ECSP activities
5. Organizational requirements
   • provision of qualified staff, including managers with relevant competencies
   • necessary adjustments to the organization, including adjusting capitals, filling positions with people with appropriate competencies
