Four global Cloud Service Providers to come under direct regulatory oversight to help protect the UK’s financial system. Designations will enable oversight and cooperation, strengthening resilience across the banking and financial services sector. Move will help reduce the risk of disruption to the online services used by millions of people and businesses. The following firms will be designated as Critical Third Parties from 13 July 2026: Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, Google Cloud EMEA Limited,Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL and Oracle Corporation UK Limited.
