Removal from the VASP registry

We advised many Polish VASPs on the project:

defense against removal
from the VASP register

Several hundred entities have been removed from the Polish VASP register. The decision to remove an entity from the register is made for procedural reasons, for example due to failure to collect correspondence, or for substantive reasons, for example due to a lack of experience in the area of crypto assets among the shareholders or members of the VASP’s management team, both current and past.

DLK’s advisory included:

• Determining the reasons behind the initiation of the procedure for deletion
• Recommending the procedure in response to the initiation of the procedure for deletion
• Drafting a response to the initiation of the procedure for deletion
